Add Git SHA to responses (fixes #41)

* Made worker able to access sha (#48)

* Updated the sha retrieval to use .into_owned and .trim

* Made tests for sha work

* Formatting according to cargo fmt

* Took out the plus signs that I accidentally put in

* Updated error logs for get_git_sha

* Parallelize

* Satisfy clippy

* Some improvements

* Don't request all SHAs

* cargo fmt falls short...
