Made worker able to access sha (#48)

* Made worker able to access sha

* Cleaned up getting sha code

* renamed functions and variables

* Made the get_git_sha function better

* Ran cargo fmt

* Made migrations and got rid of unnecessary variables

* Changed println position

* Testing for task.file.sha

* Made code more conforming and elegant

Deleted launch.json

* Fixed type error from Cow to String

* Rust wouldn't compile the code when I use dereferencing, so I'm back to format

* Finally implemented Cow to str

* Updated the sha retrieval to use .into_owned and .trim

* Fixed formatting so that travisCI would stop crying

* Formatting again

* Cosmetic changes

* Modified tests

* Made tests for sha work

* Formatting according to cargo fmt

* Took out the plus signs that I accidentally put in

* Updated error logs for get_git_sha
