Chore refactor columns to redux reselect (#420)

* Added reselect dependency to package.json

* Remove toggle stories from columns to global state stories

* Added pastIterations reducer

* Turn columns state logic to a select in Redux

Before all the columns was represented by a state, now all stories are just filtered from a global
storie state and pass to presentation component of his column.

* Remove columns reducers

* Remove column actions

* Remove reducers columns tests

* Create backlog selector test

* Create columns selector test, delete columns action tests

* Resolve suggestions
