Eliminate most .bind(..) usages from wt2html token transformers * There are a few lingering uses in the TemplateHandler which I want to investigate separately, especially the use of TokenAccumulator which feels like a leak of the token transformer machinery into the token transformers. * I didn't bother with ParserFunctions since this file will not be ported over and is on its last legs.
