Incorpoated Basic Checkbox

Updated Input.js
Constructor now incorporates a checkbox initial value management layer.
This mutates value provided to string true or false.
Provided default switch to handleChange for value and checked status.
Exposed checkbox behavior as Input.

Added to basic examples.

Should include some tests;
ensure default default value mutates to string true false
