Split into vaadin-login and vaadin-login-overlay (#41)

- Create `vaadin-login-overlay-element` extending `vaadin-overlay`
- Create `LoginMixin` with common properties for both elements
- Declare `vaadin-login` inside `vaadin-login-overlay` passing through properties
- Move responsiveness styles to a new theme
	- Add theme "with-overlay" that it's imported with `vaadin-login-overlay` styles
- Add preliminary Material support for `vaadin-login-overlay`
- Simplify demos
