Update skosprovider_sqlalchemy requirement.

results_tree_json is changed to be cached entirely instead of
calling multiple cached methods. This workarounds an issue
involving caching database objects. Cached database objects
will lose all values of their attributes as when the session
ends, sqlalchemy will by default invalidate all attributes.
