Commit Message

Fixes an issue where the "Update" and "Preview" buttons on the page editing form
have the text changed to "false" when previewing the page.  The data-disable-with
attribute was set to false.  Removing the data-disable-with attribute maintains
the text of the buttons when preview used.  This is more than a text issue as
well, the buttons are disabled and could not be clicked after using preview
