Feature/ Expand a story and copy story url in board V2 (#417)

* Refactor Story CSS

The first necessary thing before include expanded story was refactor Story CSS style
- Remove some unnecessary styles
- Change the cascade order of some style classes

* Add react-clipboard.js to package.json

This package will be used to copy story informations to clipboard.

* Create ExpandedStory component

* Create ExpandedStoryHistoryLocation component

* Expand stories

* Create ExpandedStoryControls component

Make Story be collapsed when it is expanded

* Create ToggleStory specs

* Refactor toggleStory action

* Fix ERROR_REQUEST_PROJECT_BOARD

* Change css class to BEM pattern
