feature/cli: Add the bin/anorm.php cli implementing model maker

- 100% test coverage.
- Ensure tests don't leak files in tmp folder
- Make primaryProperty a property on DataMapper rather than a method arg.
- ModelMaker can now determine the primary key (field) and infer the primaryProperty.
- Set PDO properties to throw PDOException as early as we can in constructors.
- Move anorm.php to /bin and add install stanza in composer.json
