Correction of manager and delamination event functions (#93)

* Auto stash before merge of "sophie" and "origin/master"

* Modify condition in manager append function

One element can now appear several times in the manager for different behaviors. But element still can not appear several times for the same behavior.

* Correction of segment category for new faces create in IH transition

* Create a new segment vertex category : lateral

Check the segment category of new vertices according to segment edges.


* passed black formatter

* import EventManager in behaviors init

* refactored `delamination` to work with the new event API

* Correction of decorator replaces name function
