Commit Message

Use instance name rather than domain in default confirmation email.

In the default confirmation templates, replace the domain (which
isn't actually available) with the name of the instance.

I've also added a migration to do this to any existing instances,
which tidies up a typo 'copiying'->'copying' as it goes.

Fixes #526.
