Rewrite critical (#326)

#### Changes:

* Better handling of asset url rewrites (no destFolder,folder and pathPrefix anymore. Just `rebase: {from: '..', to: '..'}` or `rebase: (asset, dir) => {...}` 
* Drop filter-css in favor of postcss-discard
* Drop support for Node < 8
* Glob support for css files
* Concurrency option
* Drop Mocha in favor of Jest
* Better test coverage
* Return object with html & critical css instead of string
