Add a node integration test, remove dependency on Wifi, add an exampe (#259)

* Adds a real integration test and an Espruino example.

* Extends the example:
  * Turns on the on board LED when there is no Wifi or MQTT connection.
  * Adds publishing details and telemetry.
  * Extracts the topic name.
  * Extracts the settings.
  * Extracts topic name creation.
  * Implements command handling.

* Enables eslint.
