Put a `proxy_chain_level` attribute on `Query` so that we can go back and forth between QueryProxy and Query without breaking cypher queries.  `query_proxy.rb` went passed the class length limit.  I'd like to do another refactor to it to extract some code, but for now I'm just bumping the limit
