Collapse catchments initial function working (#53)

* reorganize catchment tests
* add more sample data
* basic catchment combinations work
* debugging and complete functionality
* little function to convert csv text to one to many data frame.
* get_lps function and new input to collapse_catchments
* flowline sets work correctly. Added some validity checks for catchment connectivity. Fixes #54
* remove headwaters flowlines without catchments fixes #55

* worked out some glitches with levelpaths and finding headwater nodes correctly
* more debugging and tests that flowpath network works right.
* fixes #58 add complete nexuses when multiple tributaries contribute to the same mainstem to make sure the mainstem breaks up right.
* broke some old tests. Need to deal with in #57
* Documentation clean up
* remove inlet type.
* increment version and build new pkgdown site
