Merge pull request #249 from flow-project/tests_benchmarks_2

added benchmark flow_params to the baseline simulations

By moving the `flow_params` dict to the simulations, we are added some coverage and certainty that these dictionaries are not broken (i.e. leading to failing simulations). This still needs to be complemented by tests regression tests, and ideally tests to ensure the baselines are receiving expected returns (although this is a bit difficult given the stochastic nature of some of the simulations).
