fix blog with no pages doesn't build

If the blog has no posts, it would throw an exception:

    Undef did not pass type constraint (not isa Statocles::Page::List) (in
    $args->{"page"}) at lib/Statocles/App/Blog.pm line 283
        Not a blessed reference

This commit allows the blog to be built, but no pages are generated. We
may want to add a default "No posts found" message to the blog in this
case.
