Reduce sleep time in test runs (#209)

* open riak http port

* define macros for wait commands

* use wait commands where possible, reduce sleep time

* use new launch_fmke and launch_fmke_only api

* add test suite to verify reconnection after network failure

* change supervisor restart strategy

* fix missing nested staff and pharmacy prescriptions

* add config files for simple riak driver

* fix bug where prescriptions were sets, and duplicated on each update

* add simple riak driver runs to coverage measurement

* use xenial travisci environment

* update erlcass dependency version
