Commit Message

Add a GPG command to encrypt archives

* Crypto module now uses an external executor to run commands
* Moved temp directory/files handling and deletion to the new FSUtil
module
* Remove the "encrypt" verb from the DSL
* Created an Encrypt command runnable on both remote hosts and the
localhost
* Make the CLI use Spawn as the executor for crypto commands
