Updated PE library to fix Q2E. (#410)

* Mock PE library.

* take_array, drop_array for pe_library.

* assert_compiled, with q1 and q2 solutions.

* Obfuscated the compiled solution. Check 01s repo for source.

* Bump version

* Updated assert to fix broken Q2E.

* Updated library changes to Mock PE.
In particular:
-Redid assert
-Adjusted the solutions
-display multidimensional
-Some QOL changes

* Bump version
