Remove the refresh tag from the kiosh/show view
Now that BB3 is over, remove the refresh tag since there's no point in refreshing.
All it's doing is using up my free hours on Heroku.  (Yes, there are still
browsers open to the kiosk page, a month later.)

The real fix for this will be to not emit the refresh tag when the tournament
is complete, but I'll do that on master.  This branch is a dead end and it doesn't
need to be pretty.
