* Re-introduce caching but make it configurable

* Cache per context classloader. This should even work in a JEE setting.

* Remove overly defensive code from a path that should not happen anyway

* Revert change in legacy fallback java5 code

* Document caching of Context Manager instances

* Determine caching settings each time (system properties may change)

* Refactor and call trimToSize() on lists that are cached

* Nitpicking: Only get env variable once + minor language in README
