fix multiple signups bug

It appears that it was possible for users to sign up multiple times when
they switch sessions at /subject-pool/signup/. When they switch their
selection, we don't delete their existing signups but instead create a
new one for them.

Instead of forcing them to cancel and then resubmit we should make it so
changing their selection automatically manages their existing sessions
properly
