Parameters Class Testing Update

Parameters class:
-added default values to parameters used in main
-updated checkParameters function by fixing a bug where the function was not indicating an error when unale to read in the bool value for the Enable_recalc option

tests:
-updated ParameterTests by adding new series of tests for how the program handles misspelled boolean values in the parameter file
