Parameters Class Update

General:
-added Parameters class to store all parameters used by the simulation and to contain functions for parsing the parameter file and checking for parameter validity
-updated makefile to compile and link the Parameters class and added missing dependency of all Excimontec objects on the KMC_Lattice lib

main:
-removed the Parameters_main struct because these parameters are now stored on the Parameters class
-removed the importParameters function because this function is now contained in the Parameters class
-updated main to use the new Parameters class

OSC_Sim class:
-removed the Parameters_OPV struct because these parameters are now stored in the Parameters class
-removed the checkParameters function because this function is now contained in the Parameters class
-updated all functions to use the new Parameters class

tests:
-updated all tests to use the new Parameters class
-renamed ParameterCheckTests to ParameterTests
-updated ParameterTests by adding a new test for importing the parameters_default.txt file that checks the importParameters function
