Feature/addmeds+viewmeds (#205)

* Refactor addmeds and nric to provide a suitable error message in the Ui when a non-conforming NRIC is presented.

* Refactor MainWindow to follow SLAP

* Refactor MedicationView to use a more natural method of mapping column indices to columns.

* Fix a minor formatting issue

* Address bugs brought up in PE dry run

* Add checks to ensure drug name and dosage unit are not empty.

* Fix (?) trailing whitespace in AddmedsCommandParser.java
Was unable to find this trailing whitespace, committing to force Travis to rebuild.
