Http OPTIONS method can be automatically resolved

When forwarded request with 'OPTIONS' method has
Route::METHODS_ATTRIBUTE with array of possible http methods*
routing tree will return ResponseInterface with 'Allow' header
containing list of methods that can reach Route/Endpoint.

*NOTE: 'OPTIONS' method MUST NOT be tested, and should be added
after response is received.
