* add pagination script for menu pg2

Only four food items are displayed per sectiom per page.

* add pagination helper function

* highlight only the current page

* dynamically increase no of pages

Increase no of pages as no of food items per section increases(4 items)

* derive formula required to display 4 pgs at a time

* remove static pgs leaving only the first pg

* fix bug in page numbering

Pg added to pgsArr overwrites existing pg as each uses the same 'a tag'

* hide/show pagination during menu search

* implement previous and next page scroll functionality
