Enhance EnhancedComponent to automatically createStore

This update adjusts EnhancedComponent to automatically create a Brigade store
on initialize.

It also wraps any child component in the Brigade Provider.

This allows for any Brigade connected component to automatically have
access to store state, without having to do any manual rigging.

This solution is also backwards compatible with pre-store/connected solutions.
