* XmlUtil: add method to support saving file with non existent file path by creating file path if missing

* add Deselect events, fix style

* UiManager, MainWindow, DetailedPanels: implement deselection feature; Checkout, Undo, Redo Commands: implement deselection of guest list

* listing commands: update with setDisplayedListFlag

* fix style

* XmlUtil: update javadoc

* remove DeselectRoomListEvent
