Added scalar/constant-based, reversable conversions

Still some refactoring to do, but allows conversions like:

    convert($unitA, $unitB, 100); // *100, or /100 when reversed
    convert($unitA, $unitB, ['+', 50]); // +50, or -50 when reversed
    convert($unitA, $unitB, function($value) {});

Possibly an idea: if modifier is a closure and has a second argument
($reversed) create a reverse conversion for it?
