feat(auth): Renew performs login with saved credentials when renewEndpoint is undefined

You should avoid using login saveCredentials when no renewEndpoint is defined because it will store
raw credentials in localStorage and is considered as a bad practice for security reasons.

BREAKING CHANGE: ServerAdapter asRenewRequest and asLogoutRequest now expect only the refresh Token
object instead of whole Tokens object. You may have to change custom ServerAdapter implementations
with this change.
