Add Action State Button to the StoryItem (#405)

* Add Action State Button to the StoryItem

The story action state button was hardcoded, but now it changes
according to the story state.The StateActions tests were created
also.

* Change expect assert(die jQuery, DIE)

The jQuery was causing conflict with jasmineEnzyme, so it had to be
changed, the jquery was removed with another assert that means the
same thing.
