Reduce size of resource icons and text (#91)

* Reduce size of resource icons and text

Changed h2 to h3. Reduced width from 50% to 25% to allow for better flow.

* Useful links now link to external websites

replaced <Link> with <a> tags per this discussion:
https://github.com/ReactTraining/react-router/issues/1147

* Fix links to admin profiles

* Remove unused { Link } import

* Remove youtube and twitch links from Resources.js
