Updated min version of ansible to 2.4

Details:

- Ansible before 2.4 uses the 'pycrypto' package, which has
  vulnerabilities and is no longer maintained since 2013.
  This change upgrades the minimum version of ansible to 2.4.0.0
  in order to avoid using 'pycrypto' (it uses the
  'cryptography' package now).
