Commit Message

Porting over core library to new type system

This commit is a collection of small changes to make the
core library use the previously `unstable` type system.

* Starting to port over type system
* Changing types in Pg generator code
* Porting the Sqlite3 module over to the new types
* Adapting the pg_strings examples slightly
* Fixing the sqlite examples
* Fixing some of the sqlite tests
* Making the tests compile again (mostly)
* Making the tests pass (kinda)
