Interfacial energy shift (#58)

Resolved #51

General:
-updated the parameters_default file with 3 new parameters for the interfacial energy shift model

OSC_Sim class
-removed many of the specific parameter member variables and replaced it by a Parameter_OPV parameter struct member variable to clean up the code
-updated reassignSiteEnergies function to implement the interfacial energy shift
-updated the checkParameters function to check for valid interfacial energy shift model parameters
-updated getSiteEnergy and getSiteType functions to be public functions so that they can be used during testing
-updated createImportedMorphology class by removing a few unused local variables

tests:
-updated default testing parameters to have the 3 new interfacial energy shift parameters
-added InterfacialEnergyShiftTests test function to test for valid energy shifts using a bilayer with and without energetic disorder
-updated CheckParameterTest to test for invalid interfacial energy shift parameters
