Include subtests data by default and change signature of `queryPerformanceData()`

`queryPerformanceData` now accepts an Object in order to specify the `timeRange`
and `includeSubtests`.
This will make it easier to change what parameters can be accepted without
becoming breaking changes.

You can opt-out for subtests data to be fetched to reduce network usage and
delay.
