Introduce message buffers, code- and API fixes

Fix msgbuf.MessageBuffer.Read (message were required to be 1 byte
smaller than the actual buffer size for Read to work properly).

Fix and simplify the goroutine dam implementation.

Client: Make client.OnSignal take the name and the payload as arguments
instead of the message interface, because there's identifier and message
type information required in this context.

Client: use the context for timeouts instead of a separate timer.

Client: make client.RestoreSession and client.Signal accept a cancelable
context.

Fix incorrect user agent string and connection options.

Remove read- and write buffer sizes from server configuration push
message and replace them with the message buffer size.

Update dependencies.

Update examples and tests according to the changes in the API.

Remove the obsolete endpoint options request as well as the endpoint
metadata tests.
