Commit Message

Attempt to fix problem where Acquire was getting stuck at 1.
Problem was that callParamCallbacks was being calling in this file without taking the asynPortDriver lock
in incrementQueuedArrayCount and decrementQueuedArrayCount.
Changed to take asynPortDriver lock.
Question is whether this can lead to deadlocks, since this function is called from plugins.
