add support for plain-json format #412

adds support for a second REST request/response format that comes close to JSON API but is a bit simpler:

- direct inclusion of relationship (no "included" section)
- flattened layout: no "attributes" and "relationships" sections

JSON API endpoint continues to be working if in use. Format selection based on Accept and Content Type headers.
