Connection.debug logging shim

This change adds a shim to `Connection` so that this is a non-breaking
change.

This class will have its own `sharedb:connection` logger, which will
have its logger fixed at `debug`.

When we make breaking changes in v1.0, we should revert this commit,
which will:

  - remove the `debug` flag
  - move the `Connection` class back to the `sharedb` logger
  - allow the `Connection` log level to be set by `Client.setLogLevel`
