Clean up for PyPI

- Added AUTHORS file
- Added line breaks to LICENCE file
- Changed up the README a bit to add a few more badges, etc
- Changed up setup.py to set the long description format to markdown as
well as bumped the version to 0.1.3 due to pypi testing, and whatnot.
