fix(layout): make layout provided optional and show warn message if not provided (#1262)

* fix(layout): make layout provided optional and show warn message if not provided

this is needed so the application doesnt break if the layout is not a parent of the directive.. particularly for unit tests and such.

we will still add a warn message since the directive will not work as needed without a parent layout to be bound to

* fix(): return onClick methods to their directives

* fix(): add onClick abstract method
