Variable block size support

- Constant XMODEM_BLOCK_SIZE retired
- Added XMODEM::block_size (default 128) to be able to set custom block sizes prior to sending files. Has been tested with Digi's XBee for uploading application firmware
- Fixed a typo
- Version pumped to 0.1.1
