#### What does this PR do?
Fixing bug on displaying author name instead of author's ID.
Changing social links URLs to point to heroku.

#### Description of Task to be completed?
Authors name should be displayed when getting a single article

#### How should this be manually tested?
$ git clone https://github.com/andela/ah-magnificent6.git
$ checkout to bg-display-author-name
$  get a single article. ```http://127.0.0.1:8000/api/articles/```
$  In the result copy the urls in share_urls e.g.
    "twitter": "https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?url=https://magnificent6- 
                      frontend.herokuapp.com/articles/how-to-train-your-dragon-44f7c1",
    and paste in the browser.
