Box Integration (#3)

* Add box authentication. Needs more tests

* Finish tests for Box authenticate function

* Get rid of old file

* Add list_files for listing files in a folder in Box

Need to work on an integration test for this

* Add box list_all_files

* Add cucumber tests. Some unit tests are broken

* Fix jest and cucumber tests

* Get rid of unnecessary try catch

* Fix unit test invalidating refresh token

* Add credentials provider

* Add Box upload and delete file

* Add timeout for creds server connection

* Mark Box as Implemented.

Not to say that all functionality is complete however.
