* add side navigation for admin-user actions

* add script that allows admin to retrieve all orders

* enhance admin template styling

* add script to update order status

* add functionality for buttons to update order status

approveBtn => PROCESSING; declineBtn => CANCELLED; checkbox => COMPLETE

* style table rows based on status

* refactor admin script

* implement filter/search order by any value functionality

* add modal to pre-confirm admin order approval/cancellation

* uncheck checkbox until  yes button is clicked
