feat(crud): create endpoints for performing CRUD operations for series

- Add test suites for series endpoints.
- Created endpoint for creating, updating, delete, and getting authors series
- Add pagination to GET series endpoint
- Update PUT article endpoint to add existing article to a series.
- Add support for sending notification when a new article is published a series.
- Add support for sending notification to an author when a user follows a series
- Updated Swagger api
